I am sure many of you knows who is Steve Jobs. He started his billion dollar business in garage during his early twenties. Before he passed on, he is already the leader of 3 separate industries: Music - Ipod, Movies - Pixar, Computing - Mac)
What really gets my respects about him is his Philosophy. Jobs always ask himself this question everytime he is faced with a big choice. "What would I do if this was the last day of my life.?" And there, he met his wife.
He was giving a university address while she was sitting among the audience. He fell for her and approached her for her number. She agreed. He wanted to take her out for dinner that night but had a business meeting. So, he ask himself this magical questions. The next moment, he found himself running back to the auditorium and took her out for dinner instead. They have been together ever since.
Try it for yourself, and maybe you will realise how this questions can change your life. Remember, connecting to the end can keep you focused on what is most important to you before it's too late.

Who's Playing?
I always think that children are our teachers. Why? Because they know how to play! I was on my way home that day thinking the importance of play. What was the response when you ask an adult "What you gonna do today?". I doubt any of them will be exclaiming "play!"
Think about it. What will your life look like if there was more play? What would your experience of work be like if you had more fun doing your job? What would your relationship become with more spontaneous & laughter?
As adult, we stop playing once we assume responsibilties of life. Adults are nothing more than deteriorated children. It doesnt have to be that way. Take some time off and make time for play. Find the time to be little reckless and silly. Be imaginative at work and bring curiosity back to your daily lives.
How life will be so fun if we can get back that sense of wonder you knew when life was all about make believe and enjoying every second of the journey. This is call living! The next time someone looks at you with your briefcase, business suit and serious face, asking what you gonna do today, I challenge you to reply them "I am going out to play today!"

Have You Start Reading Obituaries?
I have start to become more philosophical these days, as I realised time is ticking by so fast...I am less willing to waste my time, less willing to listen to negative people. I am even less willing to miss an opportunity to be loving, champion another human being, get closer to my dreams, or have some genuine fun. And...I started reading obituaries too.
When I read of the lives others have lived , I am offered clues on whats most important in life. I realised that obituaries of lives well lived often share certain consistent pattern.
- Family
- Friendship
- Contribution to community
- Taking calculated risk
- Kindness through small, simple acts
- Love
The greatest of all i read speaks of being close to loved ones and of the impact the deceased had on the world around them.
Leading a beautiful life, I always ask the kinds of questions that will provoke me to think deeply ad connect with what matters most. One of the dominant traits of so many of the extraordinary people I know is the discipline of bring more reflective than most of us. So ask profound questions. Good questions lead to excellent answers and greater clarity. And greater clarity is the DNA of authentic success and personal greatness.
There are 5 questions that I hope will cause you to go deep and become more philosophical about what truly counts in your life. Most people don't discover how to love until it's time to die. By then it's too late...Start writing your answers down in journal, ask yourself on a daily basis and get yourself align!
- Did I Dream Big Enough?
- Did I Live Fully to the Extend of What I am Capable of?
- Did I Learn to Let Go of Those Thinking that Does not Support Me?
- Did I Love Well?
- Did I Leave the Earth a Better Place?
I hope the answers you arrive at will help you live with more passion and joy. Clarity does precede success. You can't hit a target you can't even see. And we are really not here that long, if you think about it. We'll all be dust before you know it! So live and maximise your potential now!

I always like this period of the time because its the time where all the hopes are flying around, people gets positive and upbeat. They are optimistic maybe because of the holiday season they get relax.
I got this article from www.inc.com. you will find it suitable to have them during this period of the year while you are making a new resolution and entering greater heights. It is about habits! Habits are those that will make or break you. Since this is the case, why not create those habits that will make you happier for a better life?
Happiness is the only true measure of personal success. Making other people happy is the highest expression of success, but it's almost impossible to make others happy if you're not happy yourself.
With that in mind, here are nine small changes that you can make to your daily routine that, if you're like most people, will immediately increase the amount of happiness in your life:
I am sure you enjoyed this article as much as I do. Would this be a brand new year for you or just something like the same old year? Its your choice. Fo me, I will choose to make my year an awesome one by practicing the habits that make me more happy, satisfied and enjoyable! How about you?

~9 Daily Habits that will make you Happier!~
Happiness is the only true measure of personal success. Making other people happy is the highest expression of success, but it's almost impossible to make others happy if you're not happy yourself.
With that in mind, here are nine small changes that you can make to your daily routine that, if you're like most people, will immediately increase the amount of happiness in your life:
1. Start each day with expectation.
If there's any big truth about life, it's that it usually lives up to (or down to) your expectations. Therefore, when you rise from bed, make your first thought: "something wonderful is going to happen today." Guess what? You're probably right.2. Take time to plan and prioritize.
The most common source of stress is the perception that you've got too much work to do. Rather than obsess about it, pick one thing that, if you get it done today, will move you closer to your highest goal and purpose in life. Then do that first.3. Give a gift to everyone you meet.
I'm not talking about a formal, wrapped-up present. Your gift can be your smile, a word of thanks or encouragement, a gesture of politeness, even a friendly nod. And never pass beggars without leaving them something. Peace of mind is worth the spare change.4. Deflect partisan conversations.
Arguments about politics and religion never have a "right" answer but they definitely get people all riled up over things they can't control. When such topics surface, bow out by saying something like: "Thinking about that stuff makes my head hurt."5. Assume people have good intentions.
Since you can't read minds, you don't really know the "why" behind the "what" that people do. Imputing evil motives to other people's weird behaviors adds extra misery to life, while assuming good intentions leaves you open to reconciliation.6. Eat high quality food slowly.
Sometimes we can't avoid scarfing something quick to keep us up and running. Even so, at least once a day try to eat something really delicious, like a small chunk of fine cheese or an imported chocolate. Focus on it; taste it; savor it.7. Let go of your results.
The big enemy of happiness is worry, which comes from focusing on events that are outside your control. Once you've taken action, there's usually nothing more you can do. Focus on the job at hand rather than some weird fantasy of what might happen.8. Turn off "background" TV.
Many households leave their TVs on as "background noise" while they're doing other things. The entire point of broadcast TV is to make you dissatisfied with your life so that you'll buy more stuff. Why subliminally program yourself to be a mindless consumer?9. End each day with gratitude.
Just before you go to bed, write down at least one wonderful thing that happened. It might be something as small as a making a child laugh or something as huge as a million dollar deal. Whatever it is, be grateful for that day because it will never come again.I am sure you enjoyed this article as much as I do. Would this be a brand new year for you or just something like the same old year? Its your choice. Fo me, I will choose to make my year an awesome one by practicing the habits that make me more happy, satisfied and enjoyable! How about you?

Merry Christmas!
Merry Christmas everyone!
It has been a very eventful year and that's what makes life more exciting isn't it? During this time of the year, many will start doing their end of the year reflection. I believe everyone need to be accountable in one way or another and reflection is the best way of accountability.
The year started tough and solid. Its like an uphill straight in my face even before it start. Looking back on the last few years, I felt those are just training for days like this. I take a turn in perspective and choose to feel blessed instead. It is only in those times, when I become more vigilant and focus. It is like a mental workout and yes I am right!
The beginning of the year, my team mates ain't around, some were on leave. Those who was supposed to be around tender their resignation and were gone while the other gotten into MC. Just when I thought everything was against me it was actually a blessing in disguise. My fellow colleagues literally treat me like 'King'. They make sure I never go hungry and those unimportant things they will settled themselves so I can focus on running my core work and get the events delivered.
I finally did it! I went to Macchu Picchu, the world famous UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of the seven wonders of the world! It was a last minute decision as Tibet was suddenly closed off from foreigners, hence the switch. The best part, I am able to pull off the change one week before flying off! Talking about lucky!
I always wanted to learn speed reading. Even though I know the technique, but I couldnt understand how to digest the information by reading so fast? Is it lasting? The opportunity comes when Nicole arranged a photo reading session the coaches. The best take away from this course ~ What is the objective you want from reading this book? This is the first thing the instructor taught us. Always know why you want to read this book. I realise, this is so important in every aspect of our life! What we expect is what we get!
Next year is going to be so different! So much blessing, so much abundance and the wonderful things will start blooming. This time of the week, is usually where I start penning down my goals for the next year! Share with me your goals for next year and in the meantime, Merry Christmas to you and your family!
