Cool huh?

I came across this article as i was clearing up my Hotmail today. It was one of the newsletter from safety in the market.A company specialises in trading and financial education. There was this quote at in 1 of the section which says "We are continuously faced by great opportunities brilliantly disguised as insoluble problems. Lee Iacocca"

Its really a meaningful quote, and a life reminding one, especially when we are hanging on to something which we lost faith in. Persistence is the key here, but how many of us actually do hang on to persistence when we are faced with great challenges, may it be in school, at home or in a relationship. I believe only those who are able to stand up after a huge setback are people who deserves to be the best. And of course they demand nothing but the best.

Earlier in the afternoon, i was in compass point with Jia and her sister. Not bad huh, go out having 2 babes to accompany me..haha. My job is not to protect them, but rather a spokesman for retrieving of Sim Card. Erm, her sis lost her handphone...*sad* But the good news is: M1 do give free Sim Card for their subscriber who lost their phone, and its a 3G enabled sim card. Not bad huh, i also feel like exchanging my Sim Card liao, but my phone is only 1G..haha change also no use.

This guy, called Thomas, was really a nice guy. I asked a lot of questions, to the extend of interrogration, and yet he was pleased to answer them all to clear my doubts. Thats what i call a real value-added service, especially in this line, its not easy to find someone who can keep on smiling, believing in giving you the best service.

For those who really enjoy meeting people, chatting up and hooking up with people. I believe this Customer Relations job is definately for you. Its not a challenge its more like a passion, i must say. Enjoy speaking with people, talking to them, understanding more about them. The company pays you to know people, chat with them and help them with their problems like how you help your friends. Isn't that cool? Well definately for me, i must say....
